Does the attendee receive PDUs for attendance?
Yes, upon completion of the seminar, each attendee receives a certificate for the number of PDUs they earned, which is 1 PDU for each hour of the seminar they attend.
Is there an Early Bird Discount?
Yes, there is a $200 Early Bird Discount that lowers the cost from $899 to $699 and is in effect up until a few days prior to the event.
Is there a Multi-Attendee Discount?
Yes, if 5 or more attendees sign up together, they each receive a $75 discount. These attendees do not need to be from the same company, so long as they sign up together.
Is there a discount for PMI members?
Yes, PMI members receive a $75 discount.
Is there a Referral Rewards Program?
Yes, a person who refers a paid attendee, will receive a $50 gift card. The attendee must provide the name and contact e-mail for the referrer when they register. Only one referrer per paid attendee is accepted. The referred attendee must pay and not cancel. As such, gift cards will be made available after the seminar.
Is there a limit to the number of attendees a person can refer and be rewarded for?
No, there is no limit. A person may refer as many attendees as they’d like, and receive a $50 gift card for each one. There can be only one referrer per attendee, though.
Can an attendee be involved in both the Discounts and the Referral Rewards Program?
Sorry, no, not for the same event. These programs are “either/or” per attendee. Either the attendee receives the Multi-Attendee Discount OR the PMI Discount OR the person who referred them receives a gift card. These offers cannot apply to the same attendee for the same session of the seminar.
Can an attendee receive both the Early Bird Discount and the other offers?
Yes, the attendee can combine the Early Bird Discount with either of the two Discounts OR with the Referral Rewards Program. Attendees cannot combine either of the Discounts with the Referral Rewards Program, regardless of whether or not they receive the Early Bird Discount.
What is the cancelation policy?
Attendees may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the Seminar and receive a full refund. Cancellations up to the day of the event will be charged a 10% fee. No cancellations can be made the day of the event. If extenuating circumstances are such that the attendee cannot attend, and cannot know until the day of the event (such as an illness or critical need at their office), the attendee’s admission can either be shifted to a different attendee for that day’s event, or they can receive full credit for another event within the next three months. No refund will be given.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, the refund policy is in sync with the Cancelation Policy. No refunds are offered the day of the seminar.
Are registrations transferrable?
Yes, registrations are fully transferrable, but the attendee must provide onTrack Project Services with the name and registration information, preferably at least 24 hours prior to the event. If material or items presented at the event are in any way personalized for registered attendees, the new attendee will receive the material or item prepared for the original attendee, depending on the lead-time needed for the items, the amount of customization that has occurred, and when the transfer notification was received. Anything customized for the original registrant that is not reasonably usable in a future event, will be provided to the transferee. (These situations are rare.)
How should attendees contact onTrack Project Services?
Should guests bring a paper ticket?
No, this is unnecessary, as the presenter will have a list of registered attendees.
Can I record the seminar?
You are encouraged to manually take as many notes as you wish, whether that be via pen to paper, or on your laptop or other device. Please do not make audio or video recordings of the sessions with any sort of electronic device.
